Doing it, meaning going to #YC13, which happens to be TOMORROW!

Anyway, tonight started out with a mini message from Corey. We talked about Easter, with scripture coming from Matthew 28. He encouraged us to remember what Jesus did for us on the cross. Here is a devotional that we linked to on Facebook earlier this week that goes along with tonight’s message.

After the message, we moved into a time of worship. Tonight’s songs were “My Savior Lives” by New Life Worship, “Jesus Messiah” by Chris Tomlin, and “Jesus Paid It All” by Kristian Stanfill. Following worship, Corey prayed and then we started talking about convention.

We went over the rules for convention. If you’re going, you should have received a copy of them tonight. Following that, we discussed a few other things, including merchandise you can buy. They will be selling watches for $10, and T-shirts for $15. We also discussed that they’ll be doing a Harlem Shake video on Thursday. After that, we watched a Harlem Shake video to show what it is.

Following that, we spent the remainder of the time working on adding text to our tie-dye shirts, hence where the title of tonight’s post came from.

QOTW: Who’s excited for convention?
